Today I organized a small FontLab workshop for Klaus Hesse at the HfG. Primarially, we covered how one can important Illustrator Art quickly and easily into FontLab.

During the Workshop, I noticed this poster hanging in one of the school’s halls. The FH Gießen-Friedberg is organizing a software test for a large corporation. Participants in the study will be compensated by receiving a package full of €250 worth of fonts.

I would go there (have seen this poster at the Turm Palast in FFM), but how am I supposed to go there on Monday-Thursday? :/
About copying to FontLab: copy-paste? :) Or, which seems to work even more nice – AI copy, new AI doc, AI paste, AI copy, FL paste. It then copies almost at 0,0 coordinates. :)
Alexey, if you follow these instructions, you can copy from AI to FL without FL doing any scaling, or moving your points around. Your glyphs will be copied with their relationships to the baseline & other guidelines intact!
oo, thanks Dan!
