Yes! For a half-uncial the nib of the pen is help flat, I think.

Doesn’t the angle of the pen vary according to the script, e.g. strictly 45 degrees for a textura, less for a lettera antiqua, and much less for a half-uncial?

No, I suspect that it shouldn’t be too hard. I have two copies myself (two different editions). So I think that there must be at least a few available through the booksellers’ channels.
