PDF specimens… these will come rather quickly! The release may take upwards of another year or two, unfortunately.

July is a month of rolling deadlines here in Reading (hence my absence from the Internet in recent weeks). We submitted our typefaces yesterday. Next Monday, we submit multi-page A5-sized specimen books for our typefaces (I guess that mine will have 24 or 28 pages?). One week after that, we submit hard copies of our work files, and our "Reflection on Practice" essays, which should run about 4000 words and describe the whole process of designing our typefaces. Previous graduates' typeface specimens and RoP PDFs are all over the Internet, so I guess that ours may be forthcoming as well.

We also have a group specimen for the 2007–08 MATD class in the works, and a group postcard may be in the goodie-bags of every TypeCon-attendee as well.
